Shahad Ali, MD

I took my mother to Mercy Physicians since her former doctor (Mundra) practiced there before he retired. My mother has had a cough for five months and no doctor seems to be able to help her which is extremely frustrating and worrisome. We were sent to another Mercy doctor specializing in pulmonary medicine and he did absolutely nothing. They have us scheduled to see a third Mercy doctor this week, and if they do nothing we are back to square one. The staff and Dr. Ali are extremely nice and respond to calls but if the overall medical issue cannot be resolved after three doctors, not sure if my mother is benefiting from the medical staff at Mercy.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Ali did a great job with my first ever health exam. She is very kind, warm and compassionate person.

It was my first appointment and while Dr.Ali think was friendly and professional. I’ve never had a check up where they didn’t require me to put on a gown. My check up was done over my clothes. Which was out of the norm for me and the therapist referred to me was out of my network for my insurance. My first experience was disappointing.

Very thorough and patient, has an amazing bedside manners! I'm glad she is my GP
