Dr. Shahnaz Iqbal, MD

I was seen by this MD as a substitute when my PCP was out of office. The experience was highly disappointing. This MD was rude, rushed through the appt, and displayed a lack of patience and respect. She made me feel as though she knew my body better than I did, which was very condescending. Also, her attire was inappropriately revealing for a medical professional. I strongly advise against entrusting your health to an incompetent doctor. Kaiser, please elevate your standards. We pay significant amount of money and the services provided by your doctors should reflect that. I also had a negative experience with an OBGYN. I was not informed when my OBGYN moved out, only to find out I got assigned to someone who doesn’t even explain what is expected for the procedure I received. I had a very bad abd cramping post procedure and left me outside the clinic because they were closing for lunch!

This was my first experience with a Kaiser physician before and this doctor was very nonchalant about my medical care. I felt as though she didn't listen to any concern I have had. Luckily, you can find a better one at Kaiser... You just have to keep trying.
