Dr. Khalid & his PA Ashley listened to my concerns & made a plan to help me. He scheduled tests needed and follow up appointments to check my progress.

Listened to issues. Talked about possible causes. Prescribed first course of action to define cause. Good first visit.

Dr. Khalid was great. Talked me about my problems with my drop foot and set up test to check out what’s causing it. Everything was great.

Dr. Khalid is honest but in a caring way. He takes time to listen to our questions and gives understandable answers.

He stayed with me and gave me a thorough check up for my condition and was very courteous and professional.

Customer Care is horrible. He has confused me with another patient. He does not respond to questions. Done nothing to help my seizure situation decrease without multiple calls.

Dr. Khalid is polite and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately he is out of network for Cigna. His staff, sadly, are not as great. They requested that I e-check in but the system kept booting me off and I would have to start over. I entered my conditions, medications etc. multiple times, which took hours. When I arrived at my appointment, they had none of the info I spent so much time entering. The front desk lady asked me to recite this info in front of a crowded waiting room. It took more than an hour to get called back and another hour + until the appointment was completed. I would see Dr. Khalid if he were in network but the staff and wait times would make me look for a new provider.
