worst doctor I could ever receive service from

If I could give this doctor minus 2 stars, I would. I went to see Dr. Gunnalla several times and every time my disappointment has increased. She comes in for the visit, sits down, does not take vitals (heart/lungs, etc), asks "what's new?" and start making notes on her laptop. She does not make eye contact, talks about what could be the problem but not focused on what "IS" the problem and does not care for her patient health. Although she takes notes at the visit, she is not able to see or know medical history of her patients, which takes recap time from the actual visit. I went in with a medical concern and she did not gave me the correct blood work, was not able to provide medical solution, asked me to come back for several visits with no result. After being billed for several visits with no solution to my medical condition, I ended up going to a different doctor who was able to find the problem and solution in one visit. Stay away from Gunnala!

Want to say front office hospitality is not good.

I have to do research and bring to Gunalla to tell her how to do her job! she never once listens to the heart and lungs, like all doctors should! she just comes in, sits down and asks "how are you feeling?, whats new? ok lets see you back in a month" thats pretty much it!! she seems so careless and cold.. she wants to be in and out as quickly as possible! as far as trying to get off meds, she says i have to call the other docs and coordinate that with them, i have to call pharmacy, find my own referrals... call everywhere, do everything! im sick of it.. those front desk girls are the LAZIEST ever! they just sit there and talk. that should be their job, not mine! im finding a new doc.. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Gunnala actually saved my life twice so I may be a little biased in rating her. Thanks to her knowledge and competence I am alive today. She has greatly helped me with maintaining my health for many years. Yes I would have liked to continue but have had insurance changes with retirement.
