Dr. Shakeela Tawwab, MD

Shakeela Tawwab and her rude staff do not deserve one star. ZERO. Spend around 5 hours and doctor Shakeela Tawwab did not even look at my problem. They accept people coming after me, totally ignoring the time of my appointment. They do not do nothing and do not deserve be paid. Stay away from dr. Shakeela Tawwab and her staff.

If I could give her no stars, I would. Her and her staff are a bunch of incompetent and rude individuals to say the least. My poor mother has been waiting an entire month for them to fax a referral for two procedures one of which she needs to have done ASAP and they have yet to do their jobs. The staff and doctor herself forget about patients (if turning off the lights doesn't say you have been forgotten then I don't know what does), my mother has been in the waiting room (already paid her copay) and has received a call about how she missed her appt, She has asked for a receipt for proof of copay and they ignore her or catch an attitude. The list of ridiculous things this office puts their patient's through is endless. Waiting a month for the front desk to fax a referral is NOT an oversight it is pure LAZINESS! If you don't want to do your job there are millions of others that will! It is not that hard to do your job correctly, this doctor and her staff should not be in the medical… field at all. THE WORST DOCTOR/STAFF EXPERIENCE I"VE EVER WITNESSED AND I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THIS! DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR OR HER STAFF, THEY LIE AND DO NOTHING TO HELP THEIR PATIENTS! IT"S ALL ABOUT TAKING THEIR MONEY!

This doctor off is very unprofessional. How do u schedule an appointment and than patient gets there and u Don't have there referral for them and u call patient to come in early for there appointment cause u had a cancellation. You should of check and see if u had referral than. Poor customer service.
