Once she entered the room she didn't say "sorry for the wait" and she didn't even introduce herself, nor did she have on a name badge. Once she began talking to me about the meds she was more like scolding me and ask me very rudely "so you didn't read the instructions on the box!" This went on for about 2 minutes and I felt attacked and I will never willingly schedule with her again, if I can help it. She talked as if I was dumb and I am far from dumb.

I saw the nurse practitioner she was not very friendly. She bust in the room like she was the police. I don't remember what was said first her name or I saw your records and you saw a podrarist before. She already had the answer to my foot hurting related to the issue I saw the doctor for 6 years ago. She was no help and I rather had seen the walk in doctor.
