From staff treatment to working with Dr Singh everyone is friendly, helpful and kind. I have no complaints she has been a great help to me

She doesnt give medicine like she is suppose to. The pharmacy called her office to get refills on my medicines & she didnt get back to pharmacy as always causing me to have to spend 7 hours in the ER for a grandmal seizure.

First, I had to wait in a small overbooked waiting room for three hours past my initial appt. It was dark by the time she examined me. The waiting room was stone cold in the dead of winter: I have neurological issues and Raynaud's Syndrome, so, by the time I got out of there I could barely move from the cold exposure. I had been a long term patient with another neurologist who helped me so much. He left the area, and my pcp sent me here. The visit was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only did Dr. Singh require me to get my med recs and bring them with me, her staff tried to charge me $5 a page for those same records I had provided TO THEM when I tried to retrieve them the day after my initial visit. Yes, it went THAT badly. The doctor was reviewing my recs as she entered the exam room. She opened by saying that she disagreed with my old neurologist’s findings, didn’t “think” my condition and diagnosis was what his tests had shown and was oddly concerned with my… slightly low bp. (Which my pcp and i had been working at getting down from being alarmingly high.) Dr. Singh stated ALL of this before she even looked me in the eye. Immediately alarm bells went off. My old neurologist was very, very good and had worked with me extensively. I certainly didn’t need my diagnosis called into question out of the blue and was taken aback by her statements. There almost seemed as if there was a competitive drive with my old neurologist as if to prove him wrong. Dr Singh examined me for all of two minutes, which was the exact opposite of my old neurologist. (My initial visit with him lasted 3 hours, was extensive and he made no diagnosis before my nerve conduction tests.) Dr Singh then proceeded to order a battery of tests, the first of which was an inversion test for my slightly low bp, which none of my other doctors had any concerns about. She ordered a MULTITUDE of tests (7 or 8, I think I remember), and no, NO, I wasn’t to go to any area hospitals for them: I was to come back at night and have all of these tests conducted in her office. She was insistent. She said they all required special equipment, which I am sure the hospitals possessed. I was given no option to go elsewhere for these questionable tests. I ran, didn’t walk, out of there and never went back. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO MUCH LIKE DOLLAR SIGNS FOR A DOCTOR IN MY LIFE. My instincts from the start were to avoid this doctor, and I should have heeded them. In conversations with many acquaintances afterward, ALL had similar experiences with the Singh’s. In a subsequent conversation with my old neurologist, I told him of my visit with Dr Singh, and he too advised me that other patients had recanted similar experiences. If you have a good neurologist, count your blessings and stay away from this practice.

I think she's wonderful and worth the wait. Very easy to talk to, thorough, and gets things done, like my mri my pcp tried to get for a year. First visit dr singh had it scheduled for me. Also, after trying many many diff meds for chronic headaches she got me on a combo that works in our first shot.

Dr Singh has been my MS doctor for at least 10 years. She listens to me and is like my personal friend in the way she is kind and appreciates my personality and musical ability. She encourages me not to panic over my illness and is a very knowledgeable person regarding ms.... she treats me with treatments when I nned them and is sooo kind and accurate very highly educated... love her.

Dr. Shalu is a wonderful caring doctor...sometime the wait is long, it's because she does her job. She takes time with everyone. It's not the 15 min, well we are done times up...so she gets a little behind...it's ok...she's worth the wait...

Great doctor takes the time to listen to problems.

Expect at least an hour wait in the office. Terribly over scheduled.

Not only long wait times and only spending a few minutes with you when you finally get called in, she doesn't do very much testing. She'd rather just prescribe meds that don't work. She's too lazy to do her job finding the actual problem. I asked for an MRI to pinpoint the problem and got a call the next day from her staff saying that she referred me to another Doctor because she can't help me with medicine. I only had 2 office visits with her, mind you. Less than three weeks of her being my Neurologist, she gave up on diagnosing my problems. STAY AWAY!
