Shani Dee Allred, NP

Shani Allred is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology and Intermountain Health’s Avenues Women’s Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She supports patients and their families in Salt Lake City, North Salt Lake, and surrounding communities, providing annual wellness exams, birth control counseling and management, IUD removal and insertion, colposcopies, and more. She is excited to return to her original roots, patients, and friendships at the Avenues Women’s Center.

Shani graduated with her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. She is also board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Shani has been working in Women’s healthcare since she became an MA in high school. She then continued her career as a labor and delivery nurse and has now been an NP in Women’s Health for over 15 years.

Outside the clinic the Milwaukee, Wisconsin native loves …paddle boarding, cycling, and hiking. She loves her family and can be found playing games, swimming or finding any reason to be in the sun with her daughters, and is always looking for any excuse to travel to warmer weather.
