Dr. Shaninder Kaur, MD

I have seen Dr. Kaur a few times and each time she has been very knowledgable, patient and personable. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a GP who is caring and very competent.

Dr. Kaur is a good honest doctor. Do not expect her to tell you what you want to hear. Honest and caring a good doctor overall!

She is an amazing Doctor who cares for her patients. I am amazed at how well she listens to me when I am in her office and how much she remembers the next time I am in.

Kristin is awesome and the woman who replaced her during maternity leave was very helpful and explained things to me. I have a fear of needles so shots are terrifying for me and yet Kristin, the woman who replaced her, and Dr. Kaur are always there to keep me calm and check in on me (stayed for a while after almost fainting from the shot). They never made me feel like I was in the way when I had to hang out so I didn't pass out in the hallway or anything. Dr. Kaur was extremely busy one day but made sure she was the one to give me a shot since I only trusted her at the time. She made time for me even though it was a walk in vaccine. The whole staff made me feel welcomed and knew me by name. Claudia was very patient with me when I continued to call the office to check in with Dr. Kaur on some antibiotics that weren't making me feel well. This is the only Doctor's office I have ever felt truly comfortable in.

I have always been able to get an appointment when needed. Very friendly office and Dr. Kaur has a wonderful bedside manner. She spends enough time that I never feel rushed.

Front office staff very disrespectful. Always impatient. Claudia answers the phone with an audible sigh before she very rudely delivers her exhausted 'may I help you'. She, as well as Dr Kaur, always make my father feel like he is bothering them. Dr. Kaur is cold and, despite obvious clinical signs, misdiagnosed my father. My father had had a stroke and Dr Kaur sent him home saying his dizzyness was owing to a possible inner ear infection and told him to take Mucinex. We took him to the hospital, insisted on a MRI and it was discovered he had had two minor strokes. Despite the hospital being right in the same building as Dr Kaur's office, she never once visited or inquired as to my father health. I would never recommend this doctor to another person. If I could give her and her office 0 stars, but the system doesn't allow it. Horrible office.
