Dr. Shanna Marie Molina, MD

I am appalled by this practice. First when I started seeing Molina every time I left the office I would ask if I owed anything, as I like to stay on top of medical bills. Every single time I was told "No, you're all good!". I assumed my insurance was covering it since I never received a single bill in the mail. Eight months later I was confronted about owing thousands in back payments. Their excuse? "We didn't have anyone in accounting.". Shortly after that Molina moved her practice without notifying her patients! I was on medication she had explicitly told me I could die if I stopped taking it suddenly. My pharmacy had no idea where she went even and I could not get my refills. I ended up going off my medication cold turkey. After that mess when I stopped going to this practice I made sure I was paid in full. Now two years later, during a world pandemic, right before christmas, I received a random bill in the mail. A bill saying I owe more money from two years ago. I would caution… anyone from going here.

I've had eight psychiatrists since being diagnosed with bipolar disorder twenty years ago. One lost his medical license and the only other great one died 4 months after I met him. There was one who I only saw once cause I got a really bad feeling from her. The other four were adequate, but usually rushed and impersonal (or passed off their work to a PA). Dr. Molina is awesome. I've been with her for 7 years. She always has time to talk and listen, and she truly cares. Plus, she's highly intelligent. She knows her stuff, has insights into meds and the whole body's interaction with them. She will be hard to replace, and whoever her patients will be in Arkansas, they are blessed.

Dr. Molina treats our son whom is post-op brain surgery. She is excellent at not only listening but her knowledge is well above the normal standard. She truly cares and her patients benefit greatly. Highly recommend.

Dr. Molina works with you and helps you feel you're not as "odd" as you think you are.

I tried several other doctors before her and there is no comparison...she is the best!

I've seen a few doctors over the years, 3 of them in OKC. One was average, two were a disgrace - overprescribed meds, spent little time with you, long wait times, terrible bedside manner. I have to say that NONE OF THOSE NEGATIVES ARE TRUE OF DR. MOLINA or her office. This woman is professional, but not disconnected. She listens, she REMEMBERS what happened visit to visit. It took a few years of terrible experiences to find Dr. Molina, but thank goodness I did.

Dr. Molina is the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. She has taken a personal interest in ME, not my case or my condition. She takes the time to actually talk to me, not just write prescriptions & get me on my way. She has really helped me, and it is refreshing to see a doctor who really cares about her patients. The office staff at integrated psychiatry aren't always on it, but they're not purposefully mean-spirited. There are a lot of doctors in the office, who all do things a different way. I've never had problems with them, and they have often worked with me when I've had high deductibles.

Simply a real doctor. She actually spends time with you, listens, cares, and is smart with humility. Simply top notch and a breath of fresh air compared to others I've encountered. I cannot recommend her enough.

I met this doctor a few years ago after having a few other doctors that could care less about me as a person. She is outstanding as a doctor and has helped me find out the real cause of my anxieties. I would recommend her to anyone!

she always has to look up medications......she is somewhat complacent. it always seems like she would rather be somewhere else.
