Dr. Shannon M Cole, MD

Dr. Shannon Cole is the type of person who wants to really get to know her patients and cares deeply for them. Her kind and positive personality makes you feel instantly at ease as she goes about your appointment. She is amazing!

Dr. Cole is a wonderful and caring pediatrician who advocates for her patients. She spends a lot of time understanding the parents' concerns and spends great time in explaining any issue in an accessible way. She is obviously passionate about her job and serving her patients. I often recommend her to friends and family looking for a new pediatrician. I really can't say enough positive things about her!

My kiddos have been at Gwinnett Peds since 2004 and I have a special needs daughter. Dr. Cole and her staff are so friendly and she always is considerate of your time. You really matter when you take your kids to Dr. Cole, both of my children love all the doctors at GPAM.

I am so happy and thankful that we found Dr. Shannon Cole. My daughter has been dealing with unknown lung issues for over 2 years and been seen by several doctors. In less than 2 months of tests and referrals to the right specialists, we have a diagnosis. As a parent, sometimes all you know is that your child is not well. Dr. Cole is knowledgeable, assertive and determined to get the answers you are seeking. I would highly recommend Dr. Shannon Cole to anyone searching for an incredible pediatrician and true advocate for your child.

Unreasonable explanation . Pathetic dr on every thing she says I don't know. so frustrated simply waste of time and energy. My son cries with tears at night and even not going to sleep on Advil and Motrin as a mother I can tell he is in pain but this dr says it could be night mare , behavior problems or something else which she doesn't know I m so frustrated :( Plz don't see this dr.

She was dismissive of anything I said, talked over me, listened very poorly and was completely impatient and somewhat rough with my not quite 3 year old and very sick daughter. Additionally, her reasoning and diagnostics were unlike anything I'd experienced before, and not in a good way either. I like the Gwinnett Pediatrics practice, but will do everything in my power to not see this doctor again.
