While Dr Ellis might be a fine doctor. His office staff is terrible. I had a virtual appointment with Dr Ellis. He was supposed to provide a referral letter for a specialist. He did not provide that letter. I called his office hoping to remind him. His staff was very rude and dismissive. I had to spell my name 4 different times because their admin was incompetent. Ultimately, she could not find me in their "system" even though I had an appointment with their Doctor the day before. The admin refused to pass the Doctor a note as a reminder even though they worked in the same office. I never got what I needed, and I will need to start over with a new doctor because Dr Ellis' admin team is incompetent.
