Dr. Shannon Rae Grosdidier, MD

Dr. Shannon Grosdidier is an amazing Dr. She is kind, listens, and uses words i can understand. The only downside is her assistant. Cannot get a reply by phone or on Mychart for 2-3 weeks. Do not like that information cannot be shared with my primary care provider in Ellensburg. The back and forth with referrals is so frustrating. Dr. Grosdidier however has been amazing to me.

She is rude. She has zero interest to listen and discuss. She is condescending, lacks empathy and certainly doesn't like to be questioned...she will tell at you, refuse care and storm out if the room. Please save yourself the hassle, go get a reputable Doctor

Refuses to listen to patients. Would rather yell at you and storm out of the room then have an actual conversation with you. Then despite being hospitalized with the condition she is supposed to be helping you with she won't do a follow up.

Shannon refuses to consider alternative treatments despite failing health in the patient due to the drug regimen. Additionally, her staff never answers the phone and neglects to return phone calls, and indeed, seems to not even listen to voicemails.
