My OV was for terrible rectal pain. She wanted to take a look. I asked her to be gentle. She jammed her finger up me so hard and fast it was an assault. She then smirked and offered no apology at all. This lady must be psycho.

I have been seeing Dr. Kropp for a few years now. She never makes you feel rushed, she listens to me and she's so sweet and kind. I hope I can keep her as my PCP when my new insurance kicks in. I just love her!

Dr Kropp has been a delight to deal with ! I She always listens carefully and takes a personal interest in my health and has helped me tremendously now that I am pushing 60 ! Her treatments have proved very helpful. She is very professional , prompt and accessible . I am very thankful to have her as my doctor

Dr. Kropp is the most concerned doctor I have been in the care of, always taking time to actually listen and never just throws the common text book generic answer at something. She trusts in her patients self awareness as a real component playing a part in sensing something is wrong. I adore my doctor, wouldn't want any other. Staff and service in this clinic and healthcare system are top rate as well.

Shannon is the sweetest person very caring , listens to all of your issues and is thorough and clear at communicating with you. My daughters and I are very thankful and are blessed to have Shannon as our primary care provider.
