Everyone is so pleasant and professional. There was an easy check-in at the front desk and I met Kaela who made me feel very comfortable. Dr. O’Hara explains everything in detail so I know exactly what to expect. The new facility on Santa Barbara is definitely a five star office. It’s very bright, clean and comfortable.

Dr. O’Hara is an amazing doctor. I would not see anyone else. But I had a 2:10pm and didn’t see her until 3:30. No explanation. If it is a booking problem then that needs attention. Crazy.

Over all with doctor and staff I give a five. But I had to wait 80 minutes to be seen. I was at my appt 15 minutes early as I do with every doc appt. I hope they can improve on the long weight time.

I love premier Women’s Health Dr. O’Hara has always been very kind patient you never wait and she makes the visit more pleasant when most people don’t want to be there. Everybody there is happy and friendly and attentive. Especially Kaela the MA. Front and back desk as well were very quick accommodating and helpful. Five stars top notch coming from a healthcare worker.
