I always have an excellent experience when I see Dr. Rittberg. She is knowledgeable, personable and I consistently leave her office feeling that I have gotten the best care and answers to any questions or concerns I may have.

I think she is an excellent physician (I am male & she is my PCP). She listens to my concerns & works collaboratively with me in planning my care.

I went in for a routine well visit and brought questions on things that were of concern for me. She said I would have to make another appointment for these concerns as this isn't covered under the well visit. I personally like her but hate the business of it all.

Buyer Beware: Prioritizing Profits Over Patient Care I have been a patient of Dr. Rittberg for two years, but my recent experience with this practice has been deeply concerning. During my physical, I mentioned experiencing persistent congestion. Without further evaluation or discussion, Dr. Rittberg referred me to their in-house allergy test, administered by their nurse, Scott. While completing the paperwork, Scott assured me that my insurance was excellent and that my total out-of-pocket cost would be no more than $15 for the test and a maximum of $30 for lab fees. However, after enduring what felt like a lengthy sales pitch, I finally received the 20-minute allergy test. A month later, I was shocked to receive a bill for $885.81—a far cry from the $15-$30 I was initially quoted. In November, I contacted the office, where a billing staff member, Michelle, acknowledged that the test had been coded incorrectly on their end. She assured me she would correct the issue and even offered… to call the insurance company with me to resolve it. Months passed with no follow-up, and now I have received a collections notice for the outstanding balance. This is completely unacceptable—why am I being sent to collections for their mistake, especially after being promised a resolution? If you are searching for a new medical practice, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This office appears more focused on upselling services than providing ethical and transparent patient care.

Not thorough and not professional. Spent under 4 minutes with the Dr and I was out the door.

A great Doctor!

Just met Dr. Rittberg at her new office in Waretown..(next to Shop Rite in Waretown)...wonderful staff and and even more wonderful dr who takes the time to listen to you and takes the time to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.....

dr. rittberg is very good
