Dr. Shannon Trotter, DO

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Dr Trotter and her staff, to include Linda the receptionist. This entire office is so very kind, articulate, professional and accommodating, to say the least! Dr Trotter is very knowledgeable & communicative, confident in that knowledge, kind, sweet, caring, a very hard worker and always available to answer any questions, even when she may have to repeat it several times :) It’s quite obvious she's a stickler for accuracy and precision. I just love her and her staff! As a side note, I go for all dermatology needs to Dr. Trotter. I once inquired about Botox expressing previous unsatisfactory concerns as I had gone many years to other providers. From Dermatologists to Plastic Surgeons to Cosmetic and Aesthetic medicine practices w/high costs yet w/o the results I knew I could achieve. I had nothing to lose by trying Botox Injections w/Dr. Trotter. The results from my very 1st Botox treatment were the exact results I had anticipated from ALL others… ... yet with literally HALF THE COST! (Dr Trotters Cosmetic (Botox) injections are obviously not "diluted" as much from what I've experienced w/others in the past, w/o doubt) Overall, Dr. Trotter and her entire staff are TOP NOTCH in my book! One of a Kind!

Dr. Trotter is the BEST. She is compassionate, kind and patient. She explained everything well and didn't rush me. She answered all my questions thoroughly. I feel lucky to have her treat me. ????

I had a few spots that needed removed including one on my penis. They made me feel at ease being nude in front of Dr. Trotter and her nurse staff. You never know how people are going to react to nudity and they were very professional.

I just thought the overall experience went great. She & her staff were wonderful!. She is Very Thorough & Knowledgeable. She also has such a nice friendly manner that it makes the visit that much more pleasant, especially since I went in to get something cut off the first appointment. I'm no money bags lady so it isn't that. She is just a reallllly gooood Doctor that treats all her patients with an expert level of care. Thank God for great Doctors. I have several of them (such blessings).

If it were possible to give a higher rating than excellent, I woud certainly do so. Dr. Trotter and the entire staff are beyond excellent.

Took two (2) months to get an appointment. .. It was a long wait.... Dr T and office staff is very expert.

There could not be a Dr. I feel more comfortable with in treating my different skin problems.

I went to trotter to have a some minor skin concerns done and a small pea size cist taken out shortly after I got and infection in the incision I had to take pills for 10 days as they treated this as mercia I have been to many dermatologists in the past and never had any problems it took this incision at least 2 months to finally heal all I can say if you are looking through the phone book and see a doctor that came from Columbus oh to springfield, oh I would think twice about going there.
