Dr. Shanon Huggins Gruchot, MD

Shanon has been my doctor since I was a baby (I'm 21 now) and she helped diagnose and treat my severely anaphylactic allergies. The whole practice is extremely professional and the staff cares deeply about your wellbeing.

Missed my daughter's allergy told me wrong information and WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME!! She was screaming 24/7 and had watery stools and wanted to eat all the time. I thought that her tummy hurt for some reason and she wanted to soothe it. She told me I was over feeding her. I took my records elsewhere where my daughter was diagnosed with an allergy and has been WONDERFUL ever since. Also, many, many other complaints about the practice as a whole and another Dr. there. I felt like it is too busy, and we were just another face. one front desk woman was very, very rude. She sighed loudly at us and rolled her eyes when I gave her our insurance card. She verified our insurance information on speaker phone with the window open for all the office to hear, while rolling her eyes. That being said, There were some receptionists and nurses that were wonderful. I feel bad leaving a review like this but it is the truth and I'm trying to spare other parents from this. We have been at our new doctor… for 7 months and are very, very happy.

great pediatrian,,,, takes the time to listen to you unlike others they rush you in and rush you out.
