My friend recommended me to this doctor for a recurring Eustachian tube blockage that I have had for over a year. I was hopeful that the cause could be found as it is very painful at times and affects my sleep. To begin, my appointment ran 90 minutes late. The staff made no attempt to notify patients that they could arrive later (I left work early to make my appointment on time). I suggested that they consider doing this in the future and be respectful of the patient's time, but was met with defiance and indifference. Once I was seen, the doctor spent only 10 minutes with me in total. My examination felt like a two-minute football drill. He was in an out of the room while he scurried around to look at other patients simultaneously. I was prescribed another nasal spray in an attempt to relieve the condition. When I tried to explain that I've already tried a different spray and that I don't see how the spray could get to the location of the blockage, my concerns were met with… indifference...most likely because he was in a hurry and too busy pushing patients through. My blockage issue persists (the spray didn't help...what a surprise), so the $200+ that I spent for my appointment was nowhere near worth it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR. Like many other physicians nowadays, he is more interested in filling his patient quota and revenue stream than taking the time to listen to patients and work toward a logical, successful outcome.
