Dr. Sharam Danesh, MD

Two weeks ago at my husband's very first appointment with Dr. Sharam Danesh was horrendous. One star is too generous. Abrupt, rushed, heavy hand, careless - never examined my husband's eyes after dilation. Lesson learned - We should have done a deep dive researching this doctor before scheduling the appointment as there are several negative experiences shared online. My husband's eyes are not doing well since Dr. Sharam Danesh treated my husband. Recovery will takes weeks.

The doctor talked to my daughter and I as though we had the combined intelligence of a green bean.

I visited Dr. Danesh as a follow up to a routine eye exam to review my prescription for my glasses. It was determined at that time that I should follow up with a retina specialist. It was at that time that I initially met Dr. Danesh. In the brief span of 15 minutes it was determined that I had sustained a retinal dialysis in my right eye that required emergency surgery. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. Five days later I had surgery on my eye which was successful and I was extremely thankful for the fact I only had to endure 15 hours of the post op protocol. All along the way, Dr. Danesh was VERY helpful in helping me understand what had happened to my eye, the surgery involved and post op recovery. I greatly appreciated his "eye side" manner when it came to answering any questions I had, which were numerous. Any kind of retina surgery is scary enough but I appreciated how Dr. Danesh treated me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone...thank you!!

My eye dr thought I had a tear in my retina and referred me to Dr Danesh. Not only did he agree to see me right away, he agreed to meet me on a Friday night at 8:00pm to resolve it ASAP - WOW. He was patient and thorough with me. I can’t say enough good things.

Dr. Danesh has got to be the most compassionate, highly knowledgeable and trusted doctor I have ever met. He diagnosed me in five minutes when I had over a year of tests and complaints when other doctors would not listen. He genuinely cares about his patients and I appreciate him tremendously for everything he has done for me. Thank you Dr. Danesh. You are a wonderful person and doctor!
