This Doctor need some sensitivity training.

My entire family and I go to Dr. Anthony. She was referred and I would never chose a different office!

I went to this doctor because I was referred by a friend. During my 20 minute appointment she didn't address any of my concerns, she did not give me knowledgeable feedback. It honestly felt like she was trying to get me in and out. I felt very uncomfortable and that is hard to make me feel. I've seen plenty of doctors and my experience has always been nice. Please be more attentive to your patients. Patient care is important. No patient wants to feel like you are trying to get them out fast without MEDICATION, as well as explaining things thoroughly. I hope she changes the way she comes across to patients. I mean that genuinely. It's not hard to be comforting. Awkward visit. Never returning to this location.

This doctor lacks any concern or compassion and the office does not know how to perform the most simple of tasks. This resulted in me having to wait in excruciating pain for over a month to get an MRI while the office messed up the paperwork to get the approval for it. And they just don't care and will not even call you back about anything.

Worst experience I have ever had between the Doctors ineptitude and the offices failure to correctly bill.
