Dr. Shari Goldman Snow, MD

For 3 years I told Dr Snow about heavy bleeding & constant discharge (I was 62). She dismissed it until a large growth was coming out of my cervix (a polyp that was beginning to turn cancerous). Not acceptable.

Dr. Snow is great. During each visit since I first started seeing her in 2010, she has patient, thorough, confident and happy to listen to all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Snow is one of the worst doctors I've ever been to. I saw her five years ago and she sent me to an oncologist at Northwestern who she was friends with and I went through weeks of anxiety only to find out nothing was wrong with me. Against my better judgement I recently moved back to the area and was due for my annual appointment and went to her. The same thing happened, which is odd because I had seen a doctor in LA the past four years and everything was fine and all of a sudden I'm back here and she sends me to the oncologist again. The oncologists office is at Northwestern's Prentice women's hospital and it was a horrible experience both times, also again to find out nothing is wrong with me. I'm seeing a new doctor because I find Dr. Snow to cause unnecessary anxiety for patients and that she doesn't have a grasp on what she's doing. To send someone to a cancer specialist who doesn't have cancer is extreme and I have other doctors who agree that this whole thing was unnecessary.… I would never recommend her to anyone who is looking for a caring Doctor. She does not care and the office is unorganized and takes weeks for get your test results back to you. Unprofessional and again will cause you anxiety that is completely unwarranted. I've reported her office and the Northwestern office to my insurance and lawyer.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Snow was always willing to answer questions, never appeared rushed, and took the time to share her observations and thoughts about various procedures. I consider myself lucky to have found her. The only downside is that parking is inconvenient and expensive. Next time I will take public transportation,.

I really like Dr. Snow, I felt like my experience was personalized.

I would (and have many times) recommend Dr. Goldman Snow to any woman looking for a gynecologist. While I don't look forward to an annual physical, I do look forward to seeing Dr. Goldman. She is kind, patient, and takes times to answer all of my questions. I've have never felt rushed and she and her staff is always extremely respectful. My only disappointment is that she no longer delivers babies.

Dr. Goldman got me through two "uneventful" pregnancies and deliveries, was my mother's surgeon, and would be my regular doctor if she would treat other areas. Funny, smart, and always professional, Dr. Goldman- Snow has an amazing bedside manner which can make even timid feel at ease

Dr Goldman a very kind and helpful. She tries to make her patients comfortable and relaxed. I felt very comfortable in her knowledgeable hands.

I would not recommend this doc. Not careful in the performance of even basic services.
