Dr. Shari Fern Topper, MD

Dr. Topper is WONDERFUL ! She and her very professional staff made me feel very special. The doctor takes all the time needed to explain what she found and what treatment options were available. Answered all questions and took the time to make me very confident that I went to the right Dermatologist. Would recommend her and her practice to anyone.

Very impressed with the office, my first visit I was brought right back immediately, my follow up was a longer wait about 40 minutes. Dr Topper took her time explaining my biopsy report in detail and reassured me of treatment, I was referred to a great surgeon that was right upstairs.

After seeing several doctors with no improvement, I seen Dr. Topper who was able to diagnose my condition accurately and prescribed medication that has kept condition under control, she recommended me to another doctor for a separate concern, her office staff took care insurance approvals for my treatment.

Most people only write reviews when they are unhappy....Dr. Topper is my dermatologist since 2008. She is an amazing knowledgeable doctor, she takes her time to address all concerns, her staff is great and very pleasant. I highly recommend her.

Great Doctor and staff, sometimes a 30-45 minute wait, Dr. Topper is worth the wait.

Discourteous, rude, and makes me feel like I am of no importance whatsoever by keeping me waiting over an hour. I understand that appointments run over, but there is no excuse for not keeping later patients informed of delays. My cardiologist runs on time, and my pulmonologist is only 10-15 minutes late sometimes, so I do wonder what emergencies there are for a dermatologist that makes her unable to keep appointments. And how bad is the office staff not to let patients know what is going on.

I have been to both of these doctors in the past. One of them, Topper, I believe, twice went to unbutton my blouse to do a biopsy but the mole was on my arm! I had to stop her twice - it seemed her mind was not focused on what she was doing. I felt at the time that she was just interested in the money making aspect rather than helping people. Her partner was just as bad. All either of them wanted to do was just sell product etc. Not a good experience with either of them

Definitely a dermatologist who is only in it for the money - she couldn't care less about her patients. Her practice is treated as a business where she tries to churn out as many patients as possible, despite not actually helping them. Expect a long wait time.

I saw Shari yesterday , had my cheeks filled with voluma after a weight loss left my face sunk in. so happy This doc is an artist , and there's no bruising and no pain. and i feel gorgeous. Thank-you Dr. topper from the bottom of my heart

She did a biopsy in my skin with no need at all. Of course the result came back negative but still she wants to see me soon (???). I've read reviews complaining about these very same issues. So be aware, she will probably due unnecessary procedures to charge you (or your insurance) more.
