Got me hooked on pain pills

I was told she retired when I went for my most recent visit a week or so ago. I'm so sad. She really listened to me and I appreciated her for that.

Kind, big on patient education, answered all of my questions. Thorough. Treated me like family.

First visit I waited for two hours at the waiting room. At the end was told she was not in the office and I would be helped by another doctor. At the second visit I waited for 50 minutes. She was rude when I explained that I was there to see the results of my annual check. The employee in charge of giving the orders for the test was not helpful at all. I asked for a copy of an order that got missing in the mail and after two hours of waiting she asked me to come back in the afternoon. I went back, wait for another hour and finally I asked another employee to help me. The second employee gave me a copy immediately. I decided to ask my insurance to give me a different doctor.

I don't know who this wretched person is that wrote such a rotten review of Dr. Robinson but I can assure you, it's all lies! It sounds like s/he had an axe to grind or a chip on the shoulder. Dr. Robinson is an excellent physician who has taken care if me over 20 years, and I would never see any other internal medicine specialist. If she hadn't diagnosed my lung cancer 12 years ago, I wouldn't be alive today. Dr. Robinson is attentive and explains everything in layman's terms and spends time with her patients, which is why we love her. Regarding the negative review, how could a doctor fall asleep on a bagels chair without falling to the floor? New patients with a hundred health problems or issues on the first visit prolong waiting time and sometimes limits must be set. I would NEVER insist on treating an MD with such disrespect. Dr R is not a one-woman show; she relies on support staff to arrange appointments and referrals. I find it shocking that several people… reading that garbage review found it "helpful."

heavy insecurity issues too,got offended i called her ms.robinson. told me i would refer to a male as doctor although we just met.again at follow up and she repeated this.she was oblivious of my concerns from 1st visit and 2nd appt.hadnt referred me to all the specialists promised.changed the meds given b4 i lost blue cross that gave minor side effects because they "constipate"(they never did)to meds that did oddly enough constipate and sedated me,now refused to change them.i have a circulation problem that is not to be treated with those meds,refused to treat my actual wrist problem i met her for initially,and gave me a new rx for depression i dont nor ever had,which again is not supposed to be administered to vasovagal or cardiac patients.this is great,perhaps i will not mind her uncaring disregard and incoherence of my case at next follow up.im sure waiting 2.5 hours for her to marathon through the visit and tell me"times up"will be easier to digest and not"constipate"me. god bless… and keep us all in this oh so fallen world.
