I’ve just become a pt of dr Sharon, she spends time w her patient and truly listens to them.. she does care!!! And to whoever said she doesn’t comb her hair..... have you see the the ppl I’ve seen come from an office building in a suit.....?? Prob mint!!!!!!

Dr Alonghi and her office staff are some of the most caring individuals I have met. Dr. Alonghi listens to her patients, cares about them, and is proactive in her care. I cannot say anything negative about her. all her actions stem from caring. her staff Carol, Barb, and the nursing assistant whose name evades me at the moment are all a great mix of people.

I have been spoiled for now I expect other doctors to care about me as a person as well as helping me get well. I don't mind the longer wait time in the office because I know that when it is my turn I will be given the time I need. I will be treated as a whole human being not as some sick body part. I hate going to a specialist now because Dr. Alongi sees ME.

I had to wait a week until someone could call me back to even schedule an appt. Then after over an hour, after the exam, and a long time for the nurse to take my medical history, the doctor still wasn't in to see me. The office is dirty and small, and the doctor looked like she didn't even brush her hair. I'm not waiting that long to see a doctor.

God forbid that you would need to get an appointment in a hurry. Doctor has two phne numbers neither of which are manned by a live human being. You are forced to leave a message and then hope that the office will call you back. If you are lucky you may get a call within a 24 hour period not sooner. When practice first opened service was much much better, additionally, if Dr. Alongi is not available THER IS NO BACKUP. For these reasons my family has recently swithed doctors.
