Dr. Sharon Kay Dykstra, DO

I began seeing Dykstra when I was born right after she graduated. My sister's along with all of my kids have had, and some still do, her as a doctor for their entire childhood. She is the only pediatrician I have known that has my 110% trust in. I would trust her as my own doctor still if she wasn't strictly pediatric.

She is excellent with both kids and communicating with parents. We have multiple children who've been successfully treated by Dr. Dykstra for many years. She has always been excellent in treatment, time, and temperament. A+

She was very prompt in her appointment, however she told me my 4 month old was doing better on a formula supplement than he was on breastmilk alone, when he actually had dropped percentiles. She told me he was being fed to frequently and that I needed to train him to eat less often. Her staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her nurse would call to follow up on things on her own to make sure they were going ok.
