I’ve been to a few psychiatrists in NYC both for treatments and medication. Dr. Fingeroth has helped me and my family over many years. She has tremendous knowledge and has been of help in many difficult situations. I highly recommended her. Julie T

Dr. Fingeroth has truly transformed my life in the decade she has been my doctor. My life is completely transformed, and it started with her helping me transform how I felt about myself. She continues to be a great therapist.

I've never seen a kinder, more sensitive or smarter Dr. Than Dr. Fingeroth. She is the kind of Dr that doesn't exist any more- truly committed to the well being of her patients, not just looking to bill for the visit.

Dr Fingeroth is very Caring and smart. However when discussing a problem she usually gets into the simplistic immediate actions to problem solve instead of the global issue. Her response is good for an immediate coping mechanism but it doesn't delve into the bigger issues of why this is happening and how can you change your behavior to deter these situations. Also. You can spend years with her and make quite minimal progress. I would suggest a more proactive aggressive doctor to dive into things so you can progress more quickly. She is a lovely caring lady and good for those looking for handholding.
