Terrible bedside manner

She diagnosed me wrong...I had cancer..She never called to ask how I was. Hostile personnel in from office. Always angry and never smiled! Lab girl needs lesson in drawing blood. Double billing. Insurance caught the error. Lab test was sent in with the wrong name. I had to undergo another test even though the she knew that it positively couldn't have been for me,, I left there and found another doctor that is way better than Dr. Frankel will ever be. It is all about the money for her.. Don't ask about two problems at the same time. You must make another appointment. Doesn't matter if you are sick..you won't be seen for that reason. I will never go back there. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!

This doctor will not let you schedule a physical exam and an OB GYN exam at the same time. Why? Because she wants to get paid separately - for two visits. If you have an appointment scheduled for a medication check and you try to ask her about a condition you just acquired, maybe the flu or a horrible rash, don't bother! You are not allowed to ask about anything that wasn't scheduled, because, you guessed it -- you have to schedule a new visit so that she can get paid again. How any physician can stand by and watch you be ill and not want to help -- just because it was "unscheduled" -- is beyond comprehensionl! And don't miss an appointment -- or you WILL pay $150. Stay far, far away.

My experience with Dr. Frankel has been downright horrible and the treatment was absolutely deplorable from the office staff! Her office staff doesn't care about the patient's, they were rude to me and my sister, uncaring, and also were discriminating. I have an autistic sister with mild mental retardation. My appointment for her was at 2:15p, we waited for 50 minutes past 2:15 before being called up to the glass. The secretary then proceeded to say that they couldn't see her because she's autistic!!!! I find this as a slap in the face and absolutely disrespectful. I got up with my sister and left! The secretary than called my phone and left a message and said that's not what she meant to say, what she meant to say was that they don't accept her secondary insurance carrier...rrriiigghhttt!! Her primary is Highmark BlueCross Blueshield and they accept that so what does it matter if the secondary isn't accepted. They discriminated against my sister and made me feel incompetent. … I will NEVER go back to that office and I will NEVER refer anyone to that office. All they care about is themselves and making money. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! Beware! They can expect to hear from my laywer for discriminating against my sister.

I have been a client of Dr. Frankle's for 20 + years. She has been beside me though many ups and downs and has seen me alot. She's not going to walk in the room and hug you but she takes care of you and knows what she is doing. I have never had a problem with her or her staff.

Rude staff - I was on time and they made it out like I was late. They didn't know what they were doing with the insurance.I don't think it's a good idea to go to a Dr. who looks unhealthy.She has zero compassion and comes across very cold...is abrupt and rushed...and it looks as though she pulls a diagnosis code out of her a** for billing purposes.I've wasted my time and money, and now have to find someone else.I agree with the poster who said that she needs another profession...maybe in a lab somewhere...

This Doctor has forgot her oath as a doctor. To heal the sick, not make them sick with anxiety. She has no bedside manner at all and after 3 months of appointments I found another. She openly talks with staff about how much she can get out "this one" (I have a name and I reported her for over billing my insurance) She also gave advice to another female doctor as to what blood test to run on a patient as I was right inside the exam room. (I would not want to be discussed in front of another patient) She rushed in , was rude and abrupt and rushed out. It took 2 calls to get a appointment.. then there is a rude sign in the waiting room if you are late.. I was not, but they were overbooked. I will never go to her and dropped her Husband for eye care just because I dont want to be near that office!

Dr. Frankel is more interested in the dollar than caring for patients.

Extremely unprofessional office staff. They are not discreet.

Terrible bedside manner and not thorough! Tsnya Anderson has a better bedside manner and very personable. Office procedures (follow-ups, etc) stink!
