I have found Dr Gerlach to be very professional, kind, caring and respectful of her patients. DN

I HAD CONCLUDED THAT THIS (SHE'S NOT A DOCTOR) WAS A BULLY. SHE WAS ACTING CRAZY WHEN I SAW HER A COUPLE DAYS AGO. SAYING THAT I DID NOT TAKE MY PRESCRIPTIONS AND THEN CALLING ME A LIAR AND REPEATING IT OVER AND OVER AND EACH TIME I TOLD HER THAT I DID. THEN SHE DIDN'T RENEW MY PRESCRIPTIONS. THE LAST TIME I SAW HER SHE HAD DISCUSSED THE WATER BLISTERS ON MY LEG AND THE CAUSE AND THE CURE. BUT SHE SWORE UP AND DOWN WE HADN'T AND SHE NEVER WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT. WHEN SHE ASKS YOU A QUESTION SHE DOESN'T WANT TO HERE THE ANSWER.

This so card doctor is a bully, she lies she abuses now the fact she left or got fired from Mayo now she's a VA doctor.. She purposely lies in a patient's chart, she threatens me in a email. I love state if Florida court records her life in her family issues tells me why she is so hateful she needs psychiatric help. Board of Medicine is getting a complaint.. taking advantage of a mentally ill veterans is despicable.

This doctor should not be practicing medicine unless it is in a situation where she has no patient contact or supervisory duties where patients are concerned. She refuses to listen to the concerns of patients, then pretends she did not know how to contact the patient, even though addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. are on file. She cancels appointments without informing patients until the day they arrive for the appointment. She discontinues long-standing medications prescribed by other physicians without ever seeing patient, or even talking with patient by phone; and she refuses to authorize medication refills for patients who are physicially unable to get to the office -- even enough meds for a few days until the pateint can get there. Additionally, if a patient dares to threaten to report her to the Florida Board of Medicine, she becomes vindictive and does everything she can to make the patient's life miserable. This woman should not be allowed to interact with… patients, or make decisions concerning patients, in any capacity whatsoever.
