Caring and personable yet professional

Based on all of the positive reviews I had read from 3 different health websites, I had thought that Dr. Ingram would be personable, compassionate and thorough. I waited a month just to get in to see her, when I could have gotten in sooner with another doctor at the practice. I did this because I anticipated that she would be the quality of doctor I was looking for. When my husband and I were introduced to her, she was very nice. However, within a minute of talking with her it was clear that she was ready to get onto the next patient or task. I felt completely dismissed and honestly, devalued as a patient because she rushed through the entire appointment. I am possibly facing a very serious health issue and was expecting a thorough consultation as a result. But my husband and I had no time to take notes, share our concerns, or fully understand her responses. She spoke very quickly and was not concerned with whether or not we could process anything that she was saying. To my surprise,… the consultation was over in less than 10 mins. I left with no further information about my condition, possible treatment options, etc.. Perhaps, she was having a bad day, but sadly, I do not plan on paying another copay to see her and find out. I really wish things had gone differently. Perhaps, she may see this and will become more aware when working with other patients in the future.

Dr. Ingram is just the epitome of what a doc should be, especially a gynecologist..... warm, caring, thorough, communicative... and her knowledge is top-notch! I love her and look forward to seeing her. There's no stress or anxiety when you go to the Women's Group..... every single person in the office is a woman. It's all good!!

She and her team are excellent. Nice and reassuring. Impeccable work!
