Agree with other comments. This doctor "just does not know" the answer. Not looking for an answer just some suggestions to make things better. Dr. Google provides more information and compassion than Dr. Morris. Maybe you should listen to your patients. Blood tests, reports, and a computer terminal do not always display the the answer maybe you should look at your patient and truly "see" how they feel. Very disappointed in the quality of care. Never again ....

This is one of the worst family practice MD I have met. She is rude, impersonal, lacks empathy and in a hurry to get to her next patient. Doesn't engage in any conversation. Avoid her at all costs.

Dr Sharon Morris was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. I have submitted written documentation to the ombudsmen of Cleveland clinic concerning her abusive behavior. All the reviews online concerning her shameful attitude are true! Select another physician. The facility and staff are excellent. She, however, is not!

First appointment and physical today. Reception staff, lovely and all with smiles. Her nurse was FABULOUS, courteous, kind, thorough, and a wiz at injections! Dr. Morris was Very kind, compassionate, thorough and personable. She listened to my concerns, evaluated them based on family and personal medical history and made recommendations based on that and physical findings. I was very comfortable with her and am confident in continuing on with her as my primary practitioner. Check-out was a pleasant breeze.

I was a patient for many years until she left the network I was in. She listens and doesn't dismiss or judge you. I had chronic issues and she took the time to really figure out what was going on. Next year when I get to change insurance, making sure she is in the network will be a big Factor.
