I have been a patient of Dr. Tuckett for over 15 years and love her. I am also really disappointed that she just left the practice at Wellstar.

Dr. Tuckett is the best doctor who has taken care of my family. She is very professional and dedicated doctor. Office Staff is not courteous, but this does not have nothing to do with excellency has a doctor.

I moved here 3 yrs ago..and wanted to have a female primary care doctor. I am 63...no major health issues but take blood pressure meds and Lipitor..so I see Dr Tuckett about 3 times a year for follow ups. She is always smiling, very warm personality. Knowledgable . She LISTENS to you...and takes notes . She gives advice and explains things fairly well to you. I like her a lot. MY ONLY complaint is that once you are placed in the exam room..you have to wait several minutes for her to come in. That is probably because she takes TIME talking and conversing with her patients.

I think I might be one of her original patients. I've been seeing her since the late 80's or early 90's. I'm obviously happy with her or I'd have changed ages ago. While she is very busy and, sees a large number of patients, I never leave her office with questions. I've never had her not spend the amount of time necessary to answer all my questions. Bottom line is there are a lot of hacks out there that just want to sell pills and procedures. Dr. Tuckett isn't one of them.

Dr Tuckett is very professional, thorough, and knowledgable. I never leave her office wondering if she understood my concerns. Her amazing knowledge and experience is refreshing! Her nurse practitioner is very good as well. Office staff is always helpful and knows what questions to ask when scheduling appointments. I would recommend this dr's office to anyone!
