Dr. Sharon Lucille White-Findley, DO

I have been a pt at this office for YEARS. They recently changed management and I have not physically seen Dr. Findley in MONTHS instead I was pushed off to her "new APRN' and I will say I'm not sure this issue is entirely the APRN's fault. The office ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to allow me to speak to anyone clinical and I was literally told that "I'm not clinical I can't answer that". The level of care has greatly decreased Especially since VicMarie became the "one in charge" SHE HAS NO MEDICAL DEGREE OR TRAINING and talks to patients any which way she cares. I would not trust taking a pet spider to this office for care..... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE not to mention EVERY issue is not their fault such as sending out referrals to specialists.... WHICH FULL ON LIE.... ABSOLUTE LAZINESS ALSO I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT, OF COURSE I CAN'T SCORE LOWER THAN ONE!

On my 1st visit Dr. Findley spent 45 mins with me. WOW!!! What doc does that anymore? She ordered proper procedures and finally got to the bottom of a nasty rash I had on one leg - something no other doc had done because they never biopsied it. There was a period when Dr. Findley had broken both her arms and I saw a Dr. filling in for her (I didn't care for that doctor. It was rushed and issues were ignored.). I'm back to seeing Dr. Findley again and I think she's great. I'm male and I appreciate honest straight forward discussion with her even if I don't like what I hear in return sometimes. I want a doctor that's honest - not coddling.

I would highly recommend Dr. Findley to anyone. I so appreciated that she talked with me and didn't treat me like a number, but a person with real issues. She follows procedures and gave me a script instead of simply saying "we don't do that anymore". I needed real help, and she could see that and was willing to take the time to do what was needed in the right way. So thankful.

She spends a lot of time with you individually and really knows her stuff! Other staff is also super friendly and helpful!

What is wrong with this practice? Its been a cluster from day one here. When you visit your primary, isnt the point to be treated with respect? Not preached to ,questioned as to what alignments you have. This practice has failed to send orders as needed, claims they never receive paperwork from any other doctors, even after confirmation have been sent. Horrible doctors, horrible attitudes, worst practice ever.

I really like Dr. Findley. She and her staff are very friendly. Dr. Findley never rushes her patients out of the office. Always takes time to listen.

Dr. Findley is extremely caring and personable. I have been her patient for years and it is obvious how much she truly cares. She always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have which is a rare find.

She takes her time with me at every visit. She is very smart. The best doctor I have had in years

my overall experience was very enjoyable to say the least. She has great bedside manner and is not only thorough but prompt with her work. If in the central florida area I would suggest a visit :)
