I went for a treatment in the Covina office I have the immune therapy Keytruda 2 months the 3 month i was told that they didn't get my medication is has been 3 months and still calling and nothing Thye just don't answer i spike with Marge office manager i was told Howard He was going to call me and nothing i feel they don't care only care collecting from the in-insurance money even the nurse Silvia complaint that they don't want to help her Asistin with patients i wish there a place that i can complain about this office and will look into it they should not run business treating their patients very poorly

I was seen by Dr. Yee for over 5 years and put up with a lot of abusive behavior on her part. She has quite a temper! And likes to take it out on her patients! Even with my wife present she would still belittle me. On one occasion I heard a departing patient of hers warn one still in the waiting room. "Be careful. She's in a bad mood today." What does that say about a complete lack of professional behavior. Carol and the front office would try to smooth out the "friction" caused by this doctor. Without them no one would go to see her! I strongly recommend finding another person who is a real "Physician."

Dr. Yee was my oncologist for about three years after my diagnosis of breast cancer. She is knowledgeable and confident, but also at times bullying and overbearing. She handled my case by telling me what I was going to do; she did not like being questioned about alternatives to her proposed course of action. I think Dr. Yee is better suited for the care of more elderly patients and those patients with "typical" cancer; she could never remember the atypical details of my case, even after reviewing my file in my presence at the start of every appointment! I am still greatly distressed about the fact that she did not discuss with me ALL of the choices I had regarding surgery or after-chemotherapy medications; in fact, she became angry when I told her about discovering the missing information on the Internet, and she told me not to do any research online. What doctor discourages patients from learning as much as possible about their disease? Especially if it is cancer, a disease that… kills? We parted ways when Dr. Yee refused to order more tests regarding a discrepancy on a follow-up MRI; she said that she could GUARANTEE that the nodule found in my lung was not cancer. Unless she has a crystal ball, I---and my current oncologist---found that statement to be ridiculous.Dr. Yee's office staff are absolutely some of the most professional and compassionate people that I have had the joy of meeting. I could never have been so positive about my cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy treatment if it weren't for those wonderful ladies!

After being diagnosed with cancer for a second time I felt much safer being treated by Dr. Yee. She is a wonderful human being and I wish there were more doctors out there like her.
