Very caring Dr. Takes time to talk with you and glad to answer questions. Excellent at giving shots in joints with very little discomfort.

The most memorable was the extremely poor bedside manor. He did a poor job on my shoulder replacement and then ignored me. I'll never be the same and eventually retired early because of the constant pain. Be aware. Check out The University of Washington or ucla med if you are in need of shoulder surgery. I know of one other victim who's shoulder is now permanently dislocated. The Doctors at the University of Washington said my lats were never reattached.

Dr. Hobson did an excellent job with my hip replacement. Prior to the surgery he spent a great deal of time explaining everything. There was absolutely no pressure to have the surgery, he left it entirely up to my discretion, which I really appreciated. Very kind and caring. I would highly recommend.

I think he is very cordial and very explanatory but I don't think he took serious enough my pain issue, I've had two surgerys on my shoulder and feel a pain in shoulder and pinch when I lift arm. He ordered MRI but the dictator or doctor that read it put that I had a metallic artifact in shoulder and acromial fusion when asked what that meant he says I don't know what he's talking about he's speaking of two different things, and dismissed as a bad transcribe but doesn't know just assumed. If this is bad what else is missed I read about fibrosis ehich is referred too he says is nothing but a scar but doesn't line up with pain or medical dictionarys about impengement then siad I had bursa problems behind shoulder blade but says another issue doctors need to make more effort and dismiss any radiollogical read that says crazy stuff for something is being missed but it's workmans comp so why try I signed a claim disposition though covered for life, don't misunderstand very nice guy , an… explains muscles well and would give another chance but needs to take more serious I have had two surgerys already I know the pain and reports state that 33% of all impingements have no fluid showing by study, he was friendly.

Dr. Hobson performed arthroscopic surgery on both knees, he is very capable and my recovery was easy. I do appreciate his kindness and care. (Did not appreciate the difficulty in getting appointments for other things that came up that were associated with an injury to my rt. knee because of the original injury to my lt. knee.)
