Dr. Isaac is not the best doctor I have been to. He's nice, but the type that doesn't do a "real" exam (in my opinion). The kind that only takes a glance at your labs and bases scrips off that- instead of labs combine with your history and a full physical exam. If you get him in the room for 5 mins, your lucky! I realize some doctors are extra busy, but a quick in and out are not always sufficient for properly diagnosing problems. Also, the rest of the staff is OK, but don't expect a courtesy reminder-call before your upcoming appointment (even if you only see the doctor twice a year). Good luck!

Dr. Isaac has not only seen me thru many minor crisises, but has sheparded me thru a brain seizure and stroke. He takes care of my entire Family, all five of us. I trust, and respect him, which is not something I thought I would profess to for any medical person. He keeps himself on top of all current developments in his field, and maintains an excellent support staff, as well as competent and caring fellow Doctors. An excellent choice.

Today was suppose to be my second appointment with Dr. Isaac.My first appointment, which should have taken some time, so he could get a thorough background, was more like a combat strike. He was in and out within 5 minutes. I even had to stop him from leaving the room to give me test results, from a hospital stay a week before, which was the primary reason for the appointment.I had an 8:45 appointment with Dr. Isaac, as my second appointment. To which I showed up as on time as appointed. The receptionist took my co payment, and I took a seat. At 9:30 i went and asked if it was going to take long, as i had another appointment at 10:15. I was asked how far the appointment was away from there office. This is a moot point in my opinion. I was then told he should be there any minute. At 9:40 I'm escorted to a room, where I sat unattended for another 15 minutes. At 9:55 I went to the desk and was informed the that Dr. Isaac still had not arrived. I demanded my copay back, which… they gave without hesitation.I will not be returning. My time is as valuable as the doctors. To be put through sit and wait in the lobby, then to be stuck in back just to wait, is disrespectful. I understand delays, however to waste my time when the doctor isn't even in the office is wrong. I would not recommend this doctor. It seems his time is money, the patients time is inconsequential.

Office staff & nurses very nice and helpful every time I called or went there. Dr. Isaac is excellent. Really listened and was sympathetic. Honest. Highly recommend him.

I will not come back to his office. His office stuff is very bad. Long wait with appt.Little time with a doctor. And to get your test results you have to call least 3x or schedule new appt to see a doctor so he can tell you your cholesterol is little higher. Not happy,will not go back.
