Not professional and inefficient.

She's great. She's very busy.

Unlike another skin doctor I went to, she actually seemed to care and took the time to do a thorough check. Very pleasant to talk with.

Do not go to this office. The office staff are a bunch of lazy women. The blonde that works the front office always looks like she just rolled out of bed. She needs to buy a pair of pants that fit. No one needs to see her underwear and she is so loud. The phone is never answered. You are required to leave a credit or debit card on file. They say they wont charge your card without calling, that is a lie. This doctor is a total narcissist, she is more concerned with her political affiliations then her patients. Don't waste your time, go to a decent doctor,

i have been Dr. Diggs' patient since 2000. I followed her from Dr. Auster's office. She is very knowledgeable and caring when it comes to her patients.

Nice, well groomed physician who is intent on developing a rapport with patients. This is not a bad thing--it just masks her inability to correctly diagnose and treat a problem-its less obvious. Staff will not follow up to call in needed prescriptions. Again friendly yet incompetent. Not going back again. Probably inexperienced, ill educated downtown.

I will never go back. The Doc seemed nice but her office is run so badly she should fire them all. I've called multiple to get my test results and no one ever calls back. I have left messages on their answering machine because I can never get a human to answer and still no calls. I basically received NO help for my condition whatsoever - no diagnosis and they just see you, take your money and never bother to give you the help you pay for. To make matters worse, they require you to give a debit/credit card to guarantee. I never received a bill from them for my portion due, after they billed my insurance. I specifically wrote on the billing info NOT to charge my debit because this is my checking account and I would need to know funds were coming out. They said not to worry that would not happen and they would always call. NO CALLS, NO BILL SENT - they just went ahead and charged my debit without permission, causing me to go into overdraft on my checking account!! I have a tight… budget and I make sure that funds are in my checking account when I pay my bills. I cant have someone taking hundreds of dollars out of my account without my knowledge! I would not recommend anyone go there. If this is how they handle new clients, I can't imagine how they can stay in business.

This Dr. makes sure she does a biopsy, she don't guess, she diagnose.

Dr. Diggs is a wonderful doctor! I was very insecure because of my acne; Dr. Diggs is very caring and courteous, Shortly after becoming a regular patient of hers, my acne began to clear up with minimal side effects. EVERYTIME I go, Dr. Diggs is so happy, cheerful, which is uplifting especially being a insecure teen who "used" to suffer from acne!

I was told about the Dr. through a long distance cousin. So So glad to had looked up the information. I love the Dr herself and her staff. I've had facial hair since I was 10 yrs old tweezing, cutting w/scissors, waxing, ect.. Finally found my miracle Dr.S Ryder-Diggs. So greatful for finding her. Old school friends don't recognize me. Minimun marks left on my face from all the things I tryed in the past. I love going to see them all @131 Kercheval because when I leave I will be one step closer to being more beautiful inside and out. Thank you! I will be back soon.
