Dr. Shavon Suzanne Frankhouser, DO

I was in the hospital for 15 days for some serious issues. This doctor refused to listen to me and discharged me against my will. I told her all of my concerns and she would not listen. She was extremely rude and demeaning. I told her that I had not ate anything other than 10 bites of food in 15 days ( I lost 15 pounds in 2.5 weeks) and I had only had one small bowel movement. She said 'we will agree to disagree.' There is no agree to disagree about it. I know what my input and output has been. She sent me home against my will and now 6 days later I am on my way back to the er. I still have not had a bowel movement. She made it seem like I wanted to stay in the hospital to receive narcotics. I told her I do not care about the narcotics, she could take them all away. I just did not feel ready to go home. She would not listen to our concerns and was just absolutely awful. That hospital stay I probably seen 7 different doctors and they were all great besides her. Her bedside manner is… seriously lacking. She is awful.
