Shawn Y Massaro

NP Shawn is dedicated to her profession. She took her time with me and treated me as if I were the only patient she had. She educated me in layman's terms and emphasized the importance of treating my condition as well as the serious ramifications of not doing so.

After being released from the hospital because of pneumonia, I followed through with a visit to Shawn Y Massaro. She's wonderful. She's kindhearted, and deeply knowledgeable. Her staff is the same. I highly recommend Shawn.

My husband saw Shawn for a follow-up after a hospital stay. She was very kind and helpful. We saw her in the middle of November and told her that we were in the process of switching primary physicians. When she learned that our appointment was for January 31st, she said that would not do. She then called the new doctor's office and got us an appointment for the next day. Kudos to Shawn.

not a patient nurse. felt rushed. maybe caught her on an off day. was not happy with her technique nor mannerism. hoping for someone else next time.
