I’m filing a complaint with tricare! AD military. Tricare takes patient complaints veryry seriously. They never answer their phone, they sent a prescription to a pharmacy that was completely out, I asked them early in the morning to change the pharmacy. Called multiple times they did nothing. A couple times they didn’t answer the phone they promised they would get back to me. They never did. I will be filing a complaint and a referral change with tricare

I absolutely love Dr. Wu. I've seen him twice now & he absolutely listens to everything I say & my concerns. He asks alot of questions in regards to my health & takes very detailed notes. His office staff is very sweet & understanding. Thank yall so much!

Dr.Wu does not listen nor do they even take the time to get pre-auth for medications. Dr.Wu has become very cold and uncaring about those of us whom can no longer mannage pain after surgerys to exhausting every avenues to do so. I loved this clinic because there is no pill mill type activity. Dr.Wu though and his nurse need to learn better skills in the compassionate area. To be in 24/7 uncontrolled pain is no life. Death would be better.

Best md for pain management

Was sent to Dr. Wu by my life long family MD, after a injury. Dr. Wu does send as much time with you to the point that I fully understand my pain issues, why, and what can and cannot be done. Also,what is expected of me and what he can do as my Dr. There is a 20-45 wait, but I find he spends whatever time he needs with each person even if there is a delay in apts. I have never felt rushed in the office, and do feel he has my best interest in hand and goes beyond just filling RX medication.

Dr. Wu nailed my pain on the first vist over 2 years ago. I couldn't believe it I suffered from chronic pain after a rear end auto accident. Needless to say I tried chiropatic care, massage therapy, my MD, physical threapy, and many ER visits. It was Dr. Wu that was able to help me the best. Yes, I will forever have chronic pain but now its monitored correctly, however, Dr. Wu's speality is highly regulated by the DEA which should be illegal because it prevents those who have chronic pain from getting the best care. For those that have chronic pain have had problems getting proper care because of the abusers, liars, manipulators that cause problems for the rest of us. Also when you tell your other doctors that you see a pain management doctor they immediatially think you have a drug problem and refuses to work with Dr. Wu, which is embrassing because that is not my issue what so ever. I agree Dr.Wu's staff are not friendly or understand the patients problems. I wish Dr. Wu… would educate his staff because if you have to deal with his staff in between appointments w/Dr.Wu they just intensify your pain a whole lot more and do not help you. The waiting time is long but when its your turn with Dr. Wu he is not rushing you and treats you with respect and understanding. I do recommend him but beware of his staff.

Once you see Dr. Wu, he is great; however, his nurses are rude and have no sympathy for patients in pain. The front desk is nice. Heather is great greeting patients. You must wait hours after your appt. time to see him, which makes it the biggest downfall when you are in pain.

If you want a real Dr this is the place..:)great Doctor very honest and always professional! Best pain management Doctor on the coast. you would recommend to any oneAlways take his word If he tells you not to have surgery, I learned the hard way. I had surgery againstDR WU his advise, all I got from not listening was a big scar and more pain with a big medical bill.
