Dr. Smith has made an impact on my daughter's health and life. She made sure to educate my daughter on her body, suggested meal plans, and takes time out to make sure a diagnosis is understood. She helped my pre-teen take accountability for her lifestyle change which has made her develop healthy eating habits that encouraged positive body image. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A DOCTOR SO THOROUGH and we love it. Thank you, Dr. Smith!

Dr. Shayna Smith is incredible! As a first time mom she taught me everything I know. My husband and I sleep trained our son within a few months with her guidance. She has always been so attentive and given us the best advice. Whether it was when we found out that my son had a milk protein allergy or when he caught his first daycare cold (which was terrifying during COVID) she was always calm and gave us lots of paths we could take towards getting him back happy and healthy. She is honestly the best!

Dr. Shyana Smith acted like my child's sickness was not a big concern and shouldn't have brought her in. Dr Shayna Smith was very rude to me during my visit. She is uncaring, unsympathetic. It feels like you?re just another number. She makes you feel like you're just someone to push to the side in a packed children's hospital. She refused to give me her name after I expressed my concerns for how she was treating me. I ended up having to take my little one somewhere else. Dr. Shayna Smith during this visit was working at the ER in Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, 1001 Johnson Ferry Rd., Atlanta, Ga 30342. I complained to the hospital in a written complaint but they didn't care.
