Dr. Sheba Jilani Shah

I had the unfortunate luxury to have Sheba Shah as my primary Pain Management doctor for my car accident case. I never spoke with her until I complained about the service. I spoke to a nurse assistant once over the phone and never actually saw my Doctor. I have never felt so neglected in my life especially after such a traumatic experience and being in so much pain. I later learned that I had a herniated disk on my back and my neck. Along with a torn ligament on my shoulder. The only reason I was sent to get MRI’s done was because again, I complained that nothing was being done about my care. I then decided to go to my primary doctor and follow up with care with them. Now that my case is over I’m learning that Dr. Shah is charging me over $1,500 for her two phone calls. I was disappointed and frustrated enough with the service that was provided but now that si learned she’s charging me so much. I am disgusted. Dr. Shah, this isn’t fair and you are wrong for this. I spoke with my… attorney and they will not be referring this doctor anymore and I hope anyone reading this doesn’t go to this doctor either. You won get the help, she doesn’t care and they will still charge you and affect your settlement. It’s not worth it. Please go somewhere else.

So what exactly are you dr. shah??? pain management physician or cosmetologist or makeup consultant. Every time I go into the office, there is a new gig being advertised and obviously new gig to take your hard earned cash. what's next? travel agency in exam room 3? stick to what you were trained at; whatever that may be. hard to tell with all your pseudo certificates plastered everywhere

i felt like this doctor was just trying to make money from my insurance. she told me if i wanted pain medication, then i have to do her tests (where i see she is compensated). I walked out and never went back. i went to another pain doctor in the area, he put me on a program to get better without needing those pain medications.

Dr Jilani at glance is nice, sweet, and caring, but she allows titles, diagnosis, policy and procedures within her practice to get in the way of offering a patient in pain the care and attention we are seeking. She is very closed minded and might as well just be reading out of a text book. I'm certain she was a successful medical student but she has drastically failed at one big huge part, empathy! She has none. Every person is different and we are all unique. I pray for her to learn patience, empathy, and to realize that we people that end up in her office is because we are in chronic PAIN and it hurts, as we do not expect a miracle, magic pill, or wand waving spell, we at the very least want to feel as though you care and have the same goal as we do, to manage chronic pain and/or alleviate the pain triggers and work towards correcting some of the pain generators.

At first I was nervous since she only has 3 years experience. However, after my 1st appointment w/her, my opinion drastically changed. Dr. Jilani was extremely caring, through, professional & listened to all my concerns. She has even suggested a treatment for a condition I have. I now have hope that this treatment will allow me to be free from the pain my DDD causes me.
