Dr. Sheba Poulose, DO

I’m not sure where to start but it was the worst experience ever. She doesn’t listen to patients and send you straight to the lab to do tons of test, then refuses to follow up with you and force you to book another appointment only to tell you. I can’t do anything I have to send to a specialist, then a second specialist!!! She had no clue how to treat anemia! She doesn’t respect patients time. I have been reaching out to her office and her nurse for over a month with no luck. If you see her name run away as fast as you can or you will lose both your health and money. She is very dismissive of her patients and you can see that comment repeatedly in the reviews. BTW I reached to Kelesy more than once and they have not done anything about it, they only give care when you are paying before the visit

Having reoccurring health issues for over the last 30 years, I have encountered so many physicians, but Dr. Poulose is the best I have seen by far. She is thorough, intentional, and in my specific case was able to catch something overlooked by my previous physicians. In addition, she is so hospitable and warm which is a rare combination for physicians. I recommend her to all. Her nurse staff was also very courteous.

She is very professional, thorough, & has patience. She does complete Medical check up, advises & explains whatever necessary medical precautions need to be taken for patient's benefits. Never pushes unnecessary things. she is confident & pleasant. I have complete faith in her & glad she is my Dr., so feel like I am in good hands.

Dr. Poulose is such a sweet doctor and I would absolutely recommend her!! She's very thorough, and will do whatever she can to help. I wish I can say the same for her staff though. Her nurse Coleine is sometimes rude but I wouldn't let that get in the way of seeing a great doctor!

Dr. Sheba is such a sweet and friendly doctor. It took me a long time to find such a good doctor. She spends her time with her patients and is not ready run to her next patient like most doctors. She takes her time and really explains everything to you. She always calls regarding your results and does not make the secretary tell you your results like other doctors. I'm soo glad to have had Dr. Sheba as my doctor. Unfortunately, her move to Texas has me looking for another good doctor. I have still not found a good doctor like Dr. Sheba. Texas is so lucky to have gained an amazing doctor!!! I will forever miss her as my doctor!

I was one of Dr. Sheba Poulose's first patients when she started her practice in Mineola, NY. In addition to being extremely professional and intelligent, she is one of the finest, most caring and competent physicians I have ever had. She addresses all of your concerns and explains everything clearly and calmly. She has a wonderful bond with her patients and sees you as a "whole person," not just a patient. The state of Texas will be lucky to have her as a doctor!
