Look, I get it. No doctor willingly gets a job at the VA as a first choice, especially one as insanely arrogant as dr. goswami. 2nd visit was enough for me to visit a payient advocate. She laughed at my symptom. She said take tylenol for a mass that grew in my armpit over a couple of nights. Both the nurse and myself could easily spot and feel the thing and she said we were ridiculous. I couldn't get to the patient advocate fast enough, and apparently I am the 3rd person this week to request a new doc. THIS IS WHY YOUR PRIVATE PRACTICE FAILED.

Told me to answer yes or no to any medical questions even when I tried to explain pain variation in morning vs afternoon. Non responsive to any communication and I have complained 3 times. I too do not believe she is a real doctor. When I asked if she would all me about a blood report issue, she advised and I quote “I do not call patients, my nurses call for me.

I agree with other raters, and I changed physicians today. It is hard to believe she has any real medical background or education.

I do not belive she is a real doctor. I feel She has false papers stating her training in India. In India for a price she can buy a doctor's degree. India in know this.

This was one of the most disheartening experiences with a PCP. The doctor was not receptive to any information from the patient and was completely condescending. I think this doctor forgot that they are here to help the patient with their health needs, their goals and their plan of treatment. Not just prescribe medication and disregard their input as the ramblings of a lay person. This doctor should really get back in touch with her love for medicine or just stop practicing all together. Her patients would probably thank her for it.

she says i don't need one i am 80 have COPD over a year ago i had less than 1/4 lung can't walk 1/2 block w/o rest she says get a walker with a seat, if she would read my record she would see they issued me one a year ago, after 80 yrs. the care really gets bad they don't care. i have asbastos service connected but no comp. not just this doctor it's all the va system.

I, too, have a broken back from my military service. Like the other reviewer this doctor automatically assumed that I was 'misusing' my medications. The VA Hospital in Tampa worked with me for 2 years to get the correct dosage of medications to ease, not stop, the pain in my back. This doctor in one visit decided that I didn't need that amount of medication and cut it drastically. Since she is a VA doctor she is considered right by default and NOTHING can be done. I am not sure what my next step is going to be. I just know that I am in pain and she could care less. Doctor NOT everyone that is on an Opiate is an addict!

This MORON automatically assumed that I was there to get my medications increased. No bedside manor at ALL!!!!! I take opiates because i broke my back in the army and she assumes that everyone on opiates is a junkie. If the little MORON can diagnose and repair my back I wouldn't need opiates. Heal me idiot don't criticize me because you gave me opiates!!
