My daughter's have gone to her for 14 years. She has always been very caring and informative.

They can't even get the simplest of things done. Had a small medication change for my son that took more than a month to complete because no one in the office would return a phone call or accept an email. My insurance tried to email them the change but they don't accept emails only fax, but neglected to mention this to anyone. Is this 2002? Who does that these days? Get with the technology or get out. My kiddo was miserable because he didn't have the medication he needed. They are incompetent and rude. Tried to contact the doctor directly with my concerns and they refused to connect me. I'll be talking with her at the next appointment, which will be our LAST appointment there.

Horrible bedside manners! Very RUDE and impatient! She does no follow up, and the nurse was frustrated when she had to check my daughter's blood pressure twice..The receptionists are also rude and NOT professional.
