I waited over an hour and half for a video call. Dr. Javed was supposed to send scripts for me to get bloodwork. This scripts never came but a bill did. My insurance was billed $400 for Me to tell Her what was wrong with me and her recommend bloodwork be ordered. A 15 minute call cost $400 just to have bloodwork ordered THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED. I'm happy for those she was able to help but I will not be returning. Her staff is lovely btw. Too bad they don't do the treating

My daughter sees Dr Javad and receives infusions at the office. She needs these infusions every 4 weeks. Due to an insurance validation request which put a delay on the.payment they have refused her infusion. This has caused my daughter extreme pain. This is medically unethical denying treatment. Then suddenly they say she owes $96.00 when her deductible has already been met!!!! Not a good practice!!! It's a shame since the doc seemed pretty good.

Rude, does not listen to patient complaints, acts like you are bothering her.

Rude, condescending and in agreement with previous reviewers regarding disrespectful of other people's time and opinions. Readily blamed external resources for any possible inefficiencies within her office. Provided her explanation of my condition to my surgeons office and was told to inform her the diagnosis was ridiculous and without merit.

Doctor continually cancels appointments. Has no regard or respect for the patient's time.

Made appointment four times and each time, office called, cancelled appointment. Doctor was busy.

dropped me from the office because I was too concern about me with ehlers danlos syndrome. Which she did not want treat me for the EDS but these are in her field.

dr. javed is my favorite doctor and if you need your joints checked- she is your gal! Feels like i am her only patient durring our check ups. I am a fairly old patient. Been going to her for years. AMZING!! just amzing
