I needed a IUD knowing you can get assistance for the device and procedure. This would be my 2nd one many yrs later, another GYN in the same office assisted with yrs before. When the time came to do the procedure- I asked doc/office billing will the IUD be covered under assistances and my insurance? I was informed by doc/office billing it was 100% covered. I would then proceed. (Understand, the day of my procedure I asked the Doc is this covered 100%—she said yes) Later I get a bill showing it was NOT 100% covered. I then asked Doc and office why did I get a bill and told something different?? She would not answer me, said speak to office manager. I was not allowed in for a follow up appt until bill was paid. I waited in lobby, I stopped by several times, called wanting to speak to the Office manager. No one ever returned my call. I refused to pay the bill after I was told something different and no one returned my call. I was told I’m not allowed back until I pay. Beyond this… situation, this doc was nice when you first meet her. Following appointments, she rushed and didn’t hear your concerns or just hear obviously, as a patient you had to Advocate for yourself. This practice your not able to switch doctors, though It seems the Office Manager didn’t want to speak to me to resolve this matter. I give this doc 1 star and would even give the practice 1 Star bc of the circumstances yet I can’t speak for the other doctors that work there.

Sent me away from the Er , said I had a drug addiction after a hysterectomy. I had a bleeding ovarian cyst and later sepsis

Dr Sharma is amazing. She delivered my son in 2013 and will be delivering my daughter in 4 weeks. She is genuinely concerned about her patients and always goes the extra mile to accommodate them. She has called me on a weekend on her own time to check on me and see how I was doing, scheduled back to back appts for me knowing I traveled to see her so I wouldn’t have to come back to Winchester twice in one week being from Maryland. All around best physician I’ve ever had. She’s proactive and doesn’t leave a stone unturned. I love her.

I would recommend her. She is absolutely the best female Doctor I have been too..I have been seeing her for 3 years and she delivered my granddaughter... She always remembers me,my daughter and granddaughter whenever we see her out anywhere...She has been right on with all diagnosis'. She has helped me tremendously....Thank you Dr Sharma for taking care of me so well!!!

Very compassionate she genuinely cares about her patients and mothers baby. Listens to concerns and will advise you on the right direction with knowledge answers.

When I first met Dr. Sharma, I really did like her. My last experience was so bad that now I have a problem and I don't want to go to her, so I am trying to get another gyn. in that office. I had a boil that needed to be lanced, Dr Sharma, puts in a needle to numb and then goes straight to cutting without waiting for the medicine to numb. I screamed so loud I know everyone in the office could hear me. I cried so much. I am almost 60 years old, so imagine me, at that age, sitting in a room crying like that. It hurt so bad, I can still feel it when I think about it. So, here I am, needing to go to the gyn and having to wait until the two doctors talk to see if the other one will take me as a patient.

I had a C-Section with her because she tried to get me to have my baby 2 weeks early.. when I wasn't ready for it AT ALL! i wasn't dilated AT ALL! Horrible birthing experience. Also, I wasn't able to have sex for 6 months after giving birth! I saw her 4 times in that time period and she couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. She ended up sending me to a specialist 2 hours away! And when I got to the specialist I was with him for 30 seconds and he said " I can't believe your gyno dr didn't k'now what was wrong with you. You're just swollen.. Why did she send you here??" He gave me a prescription and I was better in 4 days. I do NOT recommend this doctor to ANYONE! Unless you love sitting in waiting rooms for 2 hours and sitting in with her for 5 minutes getting the wrong information! Also, my C section scar is like a hill. No where near straight. Such a horrible experience.

left a double scar after c-section, didnt cut on top of my previous scar so no i jave a double line!!!

Inaccurate diagnosis...rigid and unfriendly. Does not value the individual has tunnel vision does not see the whole picture.

My first visit to Dr. Sharma was outstanding in every way. She is a good listener, gives excellent feedback. She has a great since of humor, but serious when she provides options and considertions. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family members to Dr. Sharma.
