Dr. Sheila Annette Barnes

I made two appointments. The first time I made the appointment online and it turns out the website times are wrong because the webmaster has not changed the site. So as I'm on my way to Columbus (I live in Dayton, approx 1.5 hours away), I call to confirm my non-existent appointment. So I reschedule for the next day. I travel all the way from Dayton to Columbus only to find out that Dr Barnes is gone and would like to reschedule my appointment AGAIN. So I wasted approx 3.5 hours of my day trying to get there and back for nothing. Horribly unprofessional. The office is so unpresentable. It doesn't look clean. The employees hang out in the lobby with their cell phones. At least they were slightly helpful in contacting Dr. Barnes. The employees told Dr. Barnes that I was waiting for my appointment (I was 20 minutes early) but she was not turning around. I told the employees to call her back and tell her I live in Dayton and had to drive 1.5 hours to get here and she didn't care. She… wanted to reschedule. Unless you live in Columbus, I would not make any appointments with this woman seeing as she is too busy (maybe too important???) to keep your appointment. Apparently, her patients are not important enough to turn around two blocks and write a prescription. By the way, she had 3 other patients waiting for her other than me. Of which she did not care. Very unprofessional.
