Dr Bazzazz is a rock star!! I had no vision in one eye and another issue in 2nd eye and she fixed both and I can see amazingly again! She was thorough, exceedingly great at the surgery, professional, courteous and genuinely cared about me! She answered all of my questions with generous care!! An added bonus her hilarious med asst !! I had THE best experience!!

She doesn't care. All she wants to do is get out of the room as fast as she can. Was typing and didn't even look at me. Rude when you ask for clarification. I would never trust her as a surgeon. Filed a complaint with Kaiser but they don't do anything. Guess they're too busy.

During our appointment Dr. Bazzaz was uptight and rude she rushed us through our appointment. She can't assume we would trust her if she is not willing to listen and explain what a procedure includes. We read reviews but wanted to try her out because all other specialists were booked. Now we know why she was the only physician available.

Dr. Bazzaz is the kindest, most knowledgeable, so easy to talk to surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. When I first met with her she made me feel as if I was the only patient she had and she respectfully took all the time I needed to ask about the procedure she would be doing. I would recommend her without reservation to any of my friends and family who would need her services. She's just so awesome!!
