35 minutes late to appointment. Very cold and mechanical.

She ordered physical therapy for sons muscle weakness and did a x-ray of the hips. Nothing further done. My son has a gait abnormality and she wasn’t interested in why his right foot turns in so bad and he stomps very loud. He doesn’t know how to walk any other way.she said “that’s just the way he walks” VERBATIM ! His leg or foot was never even x-rated And said there was nothing further she could do for him unless his condition worsened. Here to hoping his new orthopedic dr at children’s at least x-rays his leg and foot and see why he walks the way he does

My child got the diagnosis and treatment plan she needed, but our appointment was brisk and impersonal at best. Very little eye contact was made by the doctor or by the MAs with her. No smiles, no warmth...it was just business and done. Considering there is a 3 month wait list for appointments and I had to take a day off work for this, I felt a bit let down with the 6 minute experience. The good news is that wait times at the office are quick...you're in and out in no-time. ;-)

Rude and abrupt bedside manner. Did not address concerns. Don’t waste your time and money. Seek a different provider.
